How to find your review link manually
  1. Sign in to Google with the account that manages your business, then open your Business Profile.
  2. Choose Ask for reviews.
  3. Copy the link Google shows you, and paste it above to check it.
Am I allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?

Yes, if you ask every customer and offer nothing in return. Google does not allow discounts or gifts for reviews, or asking only the customers you expect to be happy.

Can I change the link after it is on a Smartap card?

Yes. Change where your Smartap points at any time in the free Smartap app, without reprinting.
