Activate your QR code

Point the QR code on your Smartap at your review page, from the free Smartap dashboard. You can change it there any time.

You need

  • Your review link, copied
  • The Smartap itself
  • A phone with a camera

The chip and the QR code are set up separately. If the chip is not done yet, see Activate your Smartap.

  1. Scan the QR code

    Open your phone's camera and point it at the code. The Smartap dashboard opens.

  2. Create your free account

    Sign up, or sign in if you already have an account.

  3. Open Dashboard Navigation

    It is the menu button at the top of the dashboard.

  4. Choose QR

    Your QR codes are listed here.

  5. Paste your review link and tap Update

    The code now opens that page. Come back here to change it whenever you need to.

Tip. More than one Smartap? Stay signed in and scan the next code. It is added to your dashboard, ready for its own link.

Check it worked. Scan the code again to check it opens your review form.
