Why it exists
People who enjoyed a visit rarely go looking for the review page afterwards. Finding it means searching for the business, opening the listing and finding the button, and each step is a chance to give up.
A Smartap puts the page one tap away while the visit is still fresh. That is the whole idea.
What we will not do
We do not sell reviews, hide bad ones or reward customers for good ones. A Smartap asks every customer the same way and leaves the words to them.
Reviews are only worth reading when nobody has tilted them, and that matters to your next customer as much as to the platforms that publish them.
